We can swing into action a month in advance to execute your perfect event. We will touch base with suppliers and confirm details, draw up a run sheet and be on site to oversee the event from set up to pack down ensuring everything runs smoothly and to time.
Pick our brains in a one-off meeting:
You’ve decided to host an event and while you have some great ideas and are ready for the challenge to take charge of the planning, you would like some initial guidance to get you started.
We are happy to sit with you and put together a thorough to-do list with time frames to get the ball rolling and can recommend terrific suppliers to contact for venue hire, food, photographers, flowers and entertainment. You can treat this as a one-off brainstorm, or meet up with us throughout the planning process.
