To begin, schedule an initial consultation by emailing us your preferred time at firstname.lastname@example.org (availability is Monday-Friday 10am-230pm).
Once you're booked in, we'll email you a preparation checklist to help shape our conversation. No problem if you don't have all the answers; through the process we will fill in the blanks.
After the initial consultation you decide how and when you call on us for further support.

Initial consultation (support materials and supplier contacts included ): $220 p/hr (minimum 90 minutes)
Site inspections / face to face meetings $140 p/hr (time charged includes travel to and from meeting)
Scheduled Skype / Phone : $90 p/hr (min 30min | will be charge in 15 min increments thereafter)
Email support (responded to within 48 hours (charge at 15 min increments) $90 p/hr
